LOT SELECTION/DESIGN
Including the projects we currently have, Thomas Cusick Custom Homes also assists our customers in locating the perfectly suited lot for their new home. After the lot is secured, we are there every step of the way working with a select list of architects, where design and budget will be finalized.
CONSTRUCTION
Once the final budget is approved, Thomas Cusick Custom Homes will ease the process by arranging the soil samples, work with engineers and obtain the necessary permits. From these steps, we will pour the foundation, frame the home and work towards our finish out goals.
FINISH OUT
After the home is framed in, we work towards the finish out of your home. Using your design ideas, or assistance from one of our recommended designers, we focus on our attention to detail, completing your distinct home with unmatched quality.
